This charming hotel is located directly on the seafront, offering stunning views of the blue, blue water. Guests can enjoy the peaceful atmosphere in the garden overlooking the sea after a day of exploring. the convenient location near the bus stop towards Zadar makes it easy to explore the surrounding area.
The hotel could benefit from a larger variety of amenities.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, probably the best hotel I've ever staid in terms of hospitality and definitely I'll come back next time there if I travel in Croatia.

Friendly, helpful staff, over all a good location to explore Zadar, Paklenica, Krka, Sibenik, etc.
Old interior, small room (might depend on booked category), relatively badly soundproofed

We recently stayed at a hotel located right on the beach with mesmerizing sea views. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The room was spotlessly clean and the bed linen and towels were fresh. The breakfast was amazing with a wide variety of food items available. The location of the hotel was close to the bus stop, making it easy to commute to nearby places. the hotel had a serene and calm ambiance which helped us relax and rejuvenate after a long day.
We faced an inconvenience during our stay as our room was not ready upon arrival. We waited for a considerable amount of time before the room was prepared.

Great location near the sea and some local attractions. the breakfast was good with lots of choices and the staff were friendly and accommodating. the view from my room was absolutely stunning.
The hotel rooms were not clean and the staff didn't seem to care about the guests. the decor was dated and the bed was uncomfortable.

Hotel is very close to the sea with small rocky beach.
The Wi-Fi connection is charged separately, although DSL broadband capacity is very poor, extremely slow internet connection.

The staff was friendly and helpful, and spoke English fluently. The rooms were cleaned 3/4 nights and every room has a spectacular view of the Adriatic Sea and the island of Pašman. You can jump directly into the sea, and swimming is very private because the hotel is located in a small town, far away from the large crowd of tourists. The breakfast buffet was not spectacular, but good overall. Dinner prices were fair, as is the case everywhere in Dalmatia.
The mattress of our bed was extremely hard, so we didn't sleep well and were very sore in the mornings. Our towels weren't changed once in the entire 4 nights we were there, although I'm sure we would have gotten clean ones if we had asked for them. A small refrigerator/minibar in the room would have been a plus. As mentioned in other reviews, you need a car to get around, because the hotel is 20km away from both Zadar and Biograd.

This small hotel exceeded all of our expectations. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with a balcony offering stunning views of the sea. The staff were absolutely fantastic - they were friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. The breakfast buffet was impressive, with a wide variety of delicious food to choose from.
There was only one minor inconvenience we encountered during our stay, but it did not detract from our overall experience.

It is close to the beach. Very nice seaview from the room. All the staff were very friendly. Good kitchen even if it was only a hotel. All the equipments for the beach were free of charge.
The aircondition was not perfect in the room. The internet is not free and you can only use it close to the reception. There wasn't shower on the beach or in the garden, it is bad if you are coming out of the sea.
